The firm has a large client base in a variety of industries requiring diverse tax and accounting services.  The majority of clients are small to medium sized closely held business and individuals with complex tax issues.  Liao, Kin & Company, P.C. takes pride in providing “know-how” technical and individualized services.

The firm principals are Jean H. Liao, CPA and Ying Sun, CPA.  Ms. Liao is the managing partner and a partner in charge of firm’s tax planning, business consultation, and personal financial planning services.  Ms. Sun is a partner in charge of assurance, general accounting, audit, tax consultation, international tax planning, and accounting software consultation.  In addition to the two firm principals, Liao, Kin & Company, P.C. employs four CPA associates, eight staff accountants with accounting master or bachelor degrees, and two other administrative staff.  Both principals are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
